The PRDnationwide Group is a diversified property services company based in the Middle East that offers regional developers uniquely integrated consultancy advice and strategic solutions that enhance the long term value and sustainability of their projects.

The “PRD” in PRDnationwide stands for ‘Property Research & Development’. With our brand’s consultancy roots and its 35 year history as a brokerage firm throughout the Asia-Pacific region, PRDnationwide was established in Dubai in 2008 with a consultancy focus designed to meet the unique challenges of a maturing real estate industry in the MENA region.

In a short period of time, our consultancy group has grown rapidly in both experience and diversification with one interconnected objective in mind … to create successful harmonious real estate communities.

Whilst our clients include a wide variety of sub-developers, investors and Owners Associations, we predominantly advise large  developers on integrated community governance and management matters affecting their developments.
