PRDnationwide Real Estate Survey Services LLC (PRDnationwide Surveying) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the PRDnationwide Group of companies.

From its inception as survey consultants in 2009, our survey team established itself as a specialised survey and sub-divisional advisory group working in conjunction with PRDnationwide’s Strata Consultancy team. In 2010, PRDnationwide Surveying was registered in Dubai to provide full survey plan production and surveying services to Clients seeking to comply with Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s incoming strata regulations and titling requirements.

In a short space of time PRDnationwide has built a reputation for delivering independent, international best practice survey and titling solutions for some of the region’s largest and most complex mixed-use developments.

1. Survey Consultancy

   Survey Compliance Advice – Jurisdictional surveying advice for regional clients advising on best practice and cost effective compliance Survey Titling & Sub-Divisional Structuring Advice – In conjunction with our Legal & Strata Consultancy Division Registration & Issuance of Titles – Co-ordination and lodgement of survey plans with local authorities.

2. Cadastral Plan Preparation

   On-Site Surveying – On-site survey services for land plots, villas, apartments, community common area infrastructure, retail units and commercial offices. Cadastral Plans – Full cadastral plan preparation capabilities for any jurisdiction for issuance of titles. Specialists in complex strata and community title subdivisional plans, along with volumetric plans for complex mixed use developments.
   Cadastral Supervision – Flexible, cost-effective supervision services of your company’s existing internal AutoCAD operators to produce your required titling documentation.

3. Disclosure Documentation & Due Diligence

   Off Plan Sales Documentation – Disclosure documentation for Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA’s), including identification surveys for Sale & Purchase Agreements.
   Physical Titles – Boundary identification and delineation.
   Pre-purchase / Handover Identification Plans
